Young Marrieds

The Young Married Ministry at Patterson Park Church in Beavercreek, Ohio is a community of young married couples dedicated to strengthening marriages through Bible study, prayer, fellowship, and outreach to become more effective, accountable ministries that glorify God and point others to Him.

If you are a 20 or 30 something “young” couple and looking for other’s your age to be challenged by and grow with then the Young Married Ministry at Patterson Park Church is the place for you. We welcome any and all “young” couples with or without children, whether you’ve been married for 1 month or 15 years it doesn’t matter. Our diversity in age, family size, and marriage experience provides a wonderful learning environment for everyone.

We meet for Sunday School every Sunday morning at 9:00 in room 220. The class is a discussion-style format where class members voluntarily share about what the Holy Spirit has taught them from their own Bible study and life experience. Our class discussions are based on what we are studying at the time. We are currently studying though various books of the New Testament, but over the past several years we have worked our way through several Bible-based Christian living and marriage studies.

Activities:

• We have quarterly socials including our annual valentines dinner, summer social, harvest party, and a progressive dinner around Christmas.

• We also have several small groups that meet regularly.

• Once a month we have a care-n-share with lots of food, fun, and fellowship during our Sunday morning class time.
