EVENING DESSERT with a HOMEGROWN MISSIONARY FROM NORTH AFRICA
TUESDAY, MARCH 28
7-8:30pM, AT THE CHURCH
Join us as we hear an encouraging message from Diane and enjoy a special time of prayer for her and for the women across the world that Patterson Park supports.
Our friend will be sharing her heart and many stories about "Our Primary Work - Prayer," covering the three areas of ministry of which they are a part. Special emphasis will be placed on reminding us about the primary work in each of our lives - prayer.
Diane Tehan and her husband Tom joined Wycliffe in 1989, and they began serving with SIL in Thailand in 1991. In 2003, when their children were aged 9. 14, 21, 23, and 25, Diane began working as a counselor, primarily serving Christian workers in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Working as a counselor has been an amazing blessing AND a challenge, through which Diane has experienced growth and healing right along with those she has served. And although she doesn't have bumper stickers about it on her car, she loves being a grandmother to six awesome and distinctly unique little kids.
We would love to share a bio for the speaker for this evening, but are unable to in order to protect her from having an online presence.
There is further information available at the church, or you can email Nikki Burke if you have any questions!
