Following Bible college, Michael served as a full-time missionary, teaching for nine years at New Tribes Bible Institute. He has a Master’s in Exegetical Studies from Grace Theological Seminary. After teaching as an adjunct instructor for Grace College and for their Prison Extension program for several years, he attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary for a PhD in Biblical Studies. He is now an Associate Professor of Biblical Theology at Cedarville University.  Michael co-teaches an adult Sunday school class and helps as a greeter. His wife, Lee-Ann, is the Director of Women’s Ministry and Outreach at PPC. The McKay’s have three grown children Alexis, Andrew (married to Katie Riddle), and Katherynn.
