The Ministry Administrator provides executive-level support to the church’s pastoral and ministry leadership team. This individual provides clear communication and strong organizational support by managing schedules, coordinating projects, and ensuring clear follow-through on assignments, deadlines, and ministry priorities.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a Christ-centered life, exceptional judgment, professionalism, diplomacy, confidence and discretion, while navigating sensitive matters with emotional intelligence and grace. Highly organized, proactive, and servant-hearted, this person supports the mission, values, and culture of the church by helping leadership operate effectively in a relational ministry environment. Finally, candidates should be willing and eligible to join Patterson Park Church as a member.
Reporting to the Operations Administrator, the full-time position provides benefits.
